Can you download nav app to 2018 tacoma?

Hi, I am a newbie to TW. I have a TRD off road and it does not have navigation. Can a Toyota navigation system be installed? Will the wire harness and GPS antenna already exist? Shouldn't be to hard to just swap out existing system to new navigation system if everything there. Thanks for your help. Lexus is studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper. No Navi in my truck, I have a road atlas installed in the back magazine pouch.

This is necessary to access the bolts that hold the head unit in. To remove the Climate Controls, using a thin putty knife, slide it underneath the Climate Control panel and pry down and out until it pops out.
